Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and service quality
- Manage guest relations, addressing complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with human resources on recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development programmes
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimise revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel industry standards
- Organise staff schedules to meet operational demands while maintaining fair labour practices
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the hotel industry is essential
- Extensive hotel experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams effectively
- Experience in human resources management including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences
- Prior experience in hospitality management roles that involve overseeing multiple departments is preferred

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
