We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hazclear. In this role, you’ll lead site teams, oversee multiple projects and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor site operatives, promoting a safe and positive work culture
- Plan and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Monitor site safety, conduct inspections and enforce compliance with H&S standards
- Act as the key on-site contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service
- Manage equipment, materials and resources to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide operational input to support new sales enquiries and quotations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in industrial cleaning, environmental services or a related industry
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and site compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work occasional out-of-hours shifts on a rota basis
- Proficiency in basic IT systems for reporting and communication
