We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) (minimum 8 years PQE or equivalent) to join our well-established Family Department. The successful candidate will be experienced in divorce and financial matters including pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
You will be personable, motivated and able to work as an individual and as part of a dedicated team. There are excellent career prospects for the right candidate.
Hybrid Working
This role would be based in our Bristol office, with a combination of home and office working.

Running own caseload of divorce and finance cases

Doing own advocacy where appropriate

Assisting with the Company’s work creation projects

Assisting with the Company’s on line documents

Appropriate networking/marketing/business development

Assisting with the training/development of junior Case Handlers
