Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Food & Beverage Guest Service Manager to lead our F&B and Guest Service operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while managing food preparation, serving, and overall restaurant management.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities across the F&B Outlets
- Lead, motivate, and train staff in food production, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Lead by example putting the Guest Journey as a No 1 priority
- Have the ability to listen have empathy and resolve situations that may occur on your shift
Skills
- Proven management experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively
- Extensive knowledge of food production and Guest Service
- Experience in serving, bartending, or barista roles
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and inventory systems
