We are looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join our growing lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual who is passionate about property, thrives on achieving targets, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in both lettings and property valuations, with a proven ability to generate business opportunities, win instructions, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities-
- Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions.
- Managing enquiries from landlords and prospective tenants.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing and business generation strategies.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new lettings opportunities through networking and touting activities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
- Ensuring all property details, compliance requirements, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Delivering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in residential lettings and property valuations.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in marketing properties and generating new business.
- Professional appearance and approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Monday - 10am-2pm
Tuesday - 1pm-5pm
Wednesday - Day Off
Thursday -1pm-5pm
Friday- 10am-2pm
