Hours: 40 hours per week – Day, Late, or Night shifts available

Earning Potential – Salary:
Night shift: £19.32 per hour (plus shift allowance)
Late shift: £16.81 per hour (plus shift allowance)
Day shift: £16.81 per hour
OTE: Up to £42,500 per annum (depending on shift and overtime)
Overtime paid at 1.5x – Saturdays paid at overtime rate
Overview
Join an award-winning commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon as an LCV Technician. You'll be carrying out quality, safe, and compliant maintenance on a range of vans and LCVs – with the flexibility to choose the shift that suits you best. Key Responsibilities
- Performing major and minor repairs to vans and LCVs
- Regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services
- Maintaining workshop inventory and cleanliness – oil spills and dust kept in check
- Working with repair teams to diagnose and plan vehicle repairs
- Maintaining records of vehicles repaired – using Keyloop/Kerridge
- Completing relevant documentation and paperwork – including warranty claims where needed
- Carrying out wheel alignment and tyre fitting
- Completing customer documentation while working to agreed timescales
What You'll Need
- Level 3 qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI) in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (essential) – will accept Technicians with Passenger Car experience
- Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components in accordance with DVSA Standards
- Current, full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
