We are a family-run business seeking a reliable and motivated delivery driver to join our team on a self-employed basis. You will work as a subcontractor for national distribution companies, with a primary focus on parcel delivery and collection in the Brighton/Crawley area.
Position Details:
- Location: Brighton/Crawley and surrounding areas
- Earnings: £1,800 - £2,500 per month (depending on delivery volume), with increased earning potential during peak periods (e.g., Christmas).
- Start Time: 6:30 - 7:00 AM daily
Key Responsibilities:
- Routing and Packing: Plan your daily route and load your van with parcels to ensure efficient delivery.
- Delivering and Collecting: Deliver and collect parcels accurately and on time within a designated route.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with the service provider to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Meeting Targets: Ensure you meet expected time of arrivals (ETAs) and service targets to maintain customer satisfaction.
