We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a leading dealership in. If you're professional, customer-focused, and looking for a role with real progression opportunities, this could be the perfect move.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for service customers
- Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and customer updates
- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
Requirements:
- Main dealership Service Advisor experience essential
- Confident, organised, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
