Role Purpose:
Join Darwin Brasserie, located within London's iconic Sky Garden, as our next Assistant General Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join one of London's most prestigious restaurant destinations. We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a high volume premium restaurant environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, developing a large front-of-house team, and ensuring outstanding service standards.
What you'll be doing

Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant

Leading, motivating, and developing a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service

Managing service standards and operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant during busy service periods

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members

Creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing culture that encourages team engagement and career development
What we're looking for
-
Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality management role

Experience working within a high-volume premium restaurant, dining, or hospitality environment

A confident and inspiring leader with excellent people management, coaching, and team development skills

Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

A genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence
