About the Role
We are looking for reliable and proactive Traffic Marshals to join our team. You will play a key role in managing vehicle and pedestrian movements, ensuring traffic flows safely and efficiently during events and busy operational periods.
Key Responsibilities
Direct vehicles safely into and out of designated areas.
Manage traffic flow to minimise congestion.
Set up and remove traffic management equipment, including cones and signage.
Maintain safe pedestrian routes and assist members of the public where required.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, security staff, contractors and emergency services when necessary.
Monitor for potential hazards and report any incidents promptly.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures.
Provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal, Banksman or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Pay: £14.50 per hour
