WCA Functional Assessor – Hybrid Remote
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm | No weekends, evenings or bank holidays
Salary: £48,000 to £49,000 after 12 months depending on postcode and performance.

Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist looking to step away from frontline care while continuing to make a meaningful impact?
As an
WCA Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise to assess how health conditions and disabilities affect an individual's ability to work and/or partake in some work activities. You'll conduct structured telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decisions.

What we're looking for:
- NMC, HCPC registration
- Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
