We’re looking for an Integration Project Coordinator to manage client-specific integration projects, train end users and help clients gain maximum value from the platform.

As demand for connected legal technology continues to grow, so does the need for smooth implementation and confident user adoption. This role will help ensure clients receive a well-managed integration experience from initial planning through to ongoing use.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:

Manage the full lifecycle of client-specific CMS integration projects, from initial planning through to delivery and adoption

Train end users on how to use the integration confidently and effectively

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure integration targets are met and exceeded

Support clients to fully utilise the integration and identify opportunities to improve adoption

Create and update user guides when software enhancements are released

Investigate and resolve integration-related support queries

Maintain accurate reporting on the integration pipeline and project progress

Work with the Development team to improve client solutions and the wider integration offering
What we're looking for
Essential:
-
Experience in project coordination, project management, software implementation or software training
-
Experience working with integrated software systems or within a connected software ecosystem

A proven track record of delivering results and managing work through to completion

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver client training and regular project updates

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify data or code anomalies

A meticulous and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable (but not essential):
-
Experience working with legal software, legal technology or professional services clients

Experience creating user guides, training materials or support documentation
-
Familiarity with CMS integrations, client onboarding or software implementation projects
Working Hours

Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and our Woking office once probation is completed
