Job Overview
As Procurement Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day procurement function, acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders. You will manage supplier relationships, coordinate sourcing and tender activities, support cost-saving initiatives, and ensure procurement systems and product information remain accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities in line with business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring high service levels and value for money.
- Resolve supplier, pricing, service, and supply issues.
- Support strategic sourcing and tender projects.
- Identify alternative suppliers and products where required.
- Conduct regular supplier and product price reviews.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate product and pricing data across procurement systems.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies relating to products, pricing, and recipes.
- Support the implementation of new products, menus, recipes, and pricing changes.
- Produce procurement reports covering savings, supplier performance, risks, and ongoing projects.
- Monitor progress against procurement savings targets and performance objectives.
- Support operational activities including vehicle administration, utilities management, and sports broadcast bookings.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment across the business

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing management role.
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Procure Wizard systems.
- CIPS qualification or working towards one.
