The Role
We are looking for an experienced Joiner / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working across commercial properties carrying out planned maintenance, refurbishments, insurance reinstatement works and bespoke joinery projects.
We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and enjoys being part of a professional team.
Typical Duties
- First and second fix joinery.
- Installation of doors and frames .
- Kitchen and washroom installations.
- Flooring, skirting, architraves and general finishing works.
- Commercial refurbishment and maintenance works.
- Minor plastering and patch repairs
- Working alongside our electrical, fire & security, decorating and groundwork teams on larger projects.
- Completing digital job sheets, photographs and reports using our mobile management system.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Multi-Skilled Operative.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Ability to read drawings and work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support other trades when required.
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Experience working on commercial projects.
- Basic knowledge of other building trades.
- PASMA, IPAF or CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
