Hepworth Framework is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Order Processor to join our specialist aluminium window and door team. If you have a solid background working with aluminium glazing systems and enjoy a fast-paced, detail-driven role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders from quote through to production
- Produce detailed job sheets, order confirmations, and purchase orders
- Interpret architectural drawings, surveys, and specification documents
- Work confidently with aluminium systems (Cortizo experience is highly desirable)
- Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, and customers to ensure smooth production flow
- Check all orders for technical accuracy and compliance with fabrication limitations
- Manage lead times, updates, and communication with internal teams
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in aluminium windows and doors order processing
- Strong technical understanding of aluminium glazing systems
- Experience with LogiKal, Evolution or similar processing/quoting software
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and surveys
- Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
