Millie's House Chelsea is opening this September - a brand new, purpose-built nursery in the heart of Chelsea - and we're hiring a Room Leader to join our founding team.
You'll help shape the culture of a setting from day one, lead a small team of practitioners, and deliver outstanding early years care in beautiful, thoughtfully designed rooms.
You'll need:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Experience leading or supervising in an early years room
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- A warm, child-centred approach and genuine love of early years
