We are currently building an approved subcontractor network to support future fire door and compliance projects.
Role overview
We are seeking experienced fire door specialists interested in joining our approved subcontractor register for future adhoc and project opportunities.
Typical works may include:
- Fire door inspections and surveys
- Recording findings and identifying defects
- Door hardware observations
- Site photographs and reporting
- Residential block and communal area inspections
- General compliance observations
Requirements
Essential:
- Fire door experience
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to travel where required
- Reliable and professional approach
Desirable:
- Fire door qualifications or relevant experience
- Property, maintenance or compliance background
- Residential block / communal area experience
- Own vehicle

Work is not guaranteed immediately.
Pay: £150.00-£220.00 per day
