Job Summary
Abstract Knight Studios Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Creative Operations to lead creative workflows, manage production processes, and support the successful delivery of design, media, content, and studio projects. This role is ideal for a creative operations leader with strong project management, team coordination, and process improvement experience who can help creative teams work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative operations across design, media production, content development, branding, and studio projects.
- Manage creative workflows, project timelines, resource planning, budgets, risks, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate designers, content creators, production teams, freelancers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Improve creative processes, briefing systems, approval workflows, documentation, and production standards.
- Work with senior leaders and clients to understand project goals, creative requirements, and delivery expectations.
- Monitor creative project performance, team capacity, quality standards, deadlines, and operational efficiency.
- Support creative planning, campaign delivery, studio scheduling, and production coordination.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand, client, and business objectives.
- Prepare creative operations reports, workflow updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Build a collaborative, organised, and high-performing creative operations environment.
Requirements
- Experience in creative operations, studio management, production management, project management, media operations, design operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous leadership, head-of-department, creative operations, or senior project management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, content production, design processes, campaign delivery, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects, deadlines, budgets, teams, clients, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management tools, creative collaboration platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, and design production systems.
- Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to creative delivery, process improvement, and business growth.

Pay: £4,500.00-£7,500.00 per month
