Contract Type: Self-Employed Associate
Hours: Initially 1–2 clinic days per week (flexible)
Rate: £30–£35 per hour, dependent on experience

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist & Clinical Growth Lead who wants to do more than simply deliver treatment sessions. The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a senior clinician seeking leadership influence within a growing private practice.
Initially, the position will involve approximately 1–2 clinic days per week, combining hands-on patient care with dedicated leadership responsibilities.
You will work closely with the Clinical Director to:
- Lead clinical excellence and raise standards
- Mentor and support clinicians
- Influence service development
- Improve patient outcomes and treatment consistency
- Support sustainable clinic growth

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding patient care.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of clinical standards.
- Mentor and support clinicians within the team.
- Promote accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Help strengthen clinical consistency across the service.
- Support the development of effective patient pathways.
Clinical Practice
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
- Manage complex musculoskeletal and rehabilitation cases.
- Develop structured treatment plans focused on outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical records.
- Ensure patients receive an exceptional experience throughout their care journey.
Service Development
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve performance and patient outcomes.
- Support treatment plan completion and patient retention strategies.
- Assist in developing systems that support sustainable growth.
- Contribute to future service and pathway development.
Community & Movement Services
- Support the wider growth of The Den wellbeing community.
- Contribute to movement-based services where appropriate.
- Support the development and delivery of rehabilitation, mobility and wellbeing classes.
- Collaborate with the wider team to create integrated patient and member experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- HCPC Registered Physiotherapist.
- CSP Membership.
- Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, influence and support others positively.
- Commitment to high clinical standards and evidence-based practice.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Desirable
- 5+ years post-graduate experience.
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience.
- Experience within private practice.
- Interest in service development and clinical leadership.
- Experience supporting junior clinicians.
- APPI Pilates qualification.
- Pilates, yoga, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, or other movement-based qualifications.
- Experience delivering group exercise, rehabilitation or wellbeing classes.
- Interest in supporting community wellbeing initiatives through The Den.

Compensation
£30–£35 per hour (dependent on experience)
