About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain high cleanliness standards throughout our busy pub. The role is essential in ensuring our pub is clean, welcoming, and ready for service each day.
This position would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail, and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning all customer areas, including bar, restaurant, toilets, and entrance areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets to a high standard
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Dusting and wiping down furniture, fixtures, and décor
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
- Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Must be comfortable working mornings before opening
The job is 10 hours a week, spread across 5 days, with 2 of those days being Saturday and Sunday.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
