Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across diverse teams. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and milestones using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft softwares.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks while maintaining clear communication channels.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage project budgets and schedules meticulously, utilizing effective time management strategies to optimize productivity.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and achievements for stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee the use of Civil 3D for infrastructure design coordination when applicable, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, align expectations, and foster collaborative problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 project scheduling software is essential for planning and tracking progress.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil infrastructure design coordination is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey project objectives and updates across all levels of the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
