Elaya is a new nail salon opening in Lavender Hill, Battersea (SW11) this Autumn. We're HEMA-free, TPO-free and cruelty-free, with a product stack chosen specifically for nail health over shortcuts.
We're building our founding team. If you take real pride in your work, love what you do, and treat every client like they matter then we would love to meet you.

The Role
- Deliver our full-service menu - manicures, pedicures, BIAB, hard gel, and nail art to a consistently high standard
- Give every client a genuinely warm, personal experience from start to finish
- Consult confidently on nail health, treatments, and aftercare
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and a clean, organised workstation
- Stay across nail trends, techniques, and product developments
- Support the wider team with salon upkeep and stock
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Technology (or equivalent UK qualification)
- Proven experience in a nail salon
- Strong competency in BIAB, hard gel, and gel colour
- Weekend availability - Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days
- Exceptional attention to detail - every finish counts
- A warm, personable manner with genuine client care and strong communication
Desirable:
- Japanese manicure training
- Nail art and 3D nail art
- Gel X experience
