As the leading bubble tea brand in the UK, T4 was founded in Taiwan in 2004 with a simple but heartfelt mission: to connect people through a cup of tea. The name “T4” comes from our warm philosophy – a cup of TEA FOR you.
We are thrilled to be opening our very first Cardiff store and are on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team as Tea Tenders. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our new store from day one and grow with us as we bring the T4 experience to the heart of the city.
About T4 Tea for U: With over 60 stores across the UK, T4 is all about delivering happiness – one delicious cup of bubble tea at a time. Our tea is made using the finest whole-leaf Taiwanese tea, grown in the lush mountains of Taiwan. Every drink is crafted with care, brewed in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshest flavors for our customers.

We Are Looking For:
- Passion for bubble tea and great customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to speak Chinese is a plus (but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh tea and ingredients for our menu
- Taking customer orders and crafting drinks
- Ensuring the shop remains clean and organized
- Providing excellent service with a smile
What We Offer:
- Starting salary of £12.21 per hour, with the potential for pay increases as you develop your skills
- Full training provided to help you succeed
