About the Role:
Retaw Services Ltd provides professional Legionella risk assessment, hot and cold water monitoring, cleaning and disinfection, microbiological sampling and Legionella training.
We support hospitals, schools, care homes, hotels, and commercial premises throughout the UK, ensuring safe and compliant water systems for every site.
We also provide HVAC as well as Mechanical and Engineering support services
Based in the beautiful village of Passfield, the Retaw Group has experienced consistent increased business growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Administration Assistant to support our HVAC and Mechanical, and Engineering operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment and contributing to the success of engineering projects across the UK.
You will be the backbone of our daily operations, primarily being responsible for the water hygiene side of our company, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to management and engineers.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and engineer site visits.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Assisting with quotations.
- Updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Coordinating supplier and subcontractor documentation.
- Preparing reports, and general paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is filed and maintained.
- Supporting with health & safety administration and certification records.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, (within HVAC, construction, engineering, facilities management, or a related industry and advantage)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of building and processing quotations
- Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical and engineering
- Experience using scheduling or CRM systems
