We're looking for a confident, professional, and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning team at Wax Inc.
About The Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality waxing treatments (female and/or male waxing desirable)
- Delivering excellent client care and building long-term client relationships
- Rebooking clients and promoting suitable treatments
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Handling consultations and treatment recommendations
- Managing bookings, payments, and client records accurately
- Contributing to social media content and salon promotions
- Working as part of a supportive team to achieve salon goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 desirable)
- At least 2 years salon experience preferred
- Confident in waxing and general beauty treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
- Passionate about personal development and learning new skills
- Experience with intimate waxing desirable but not essential
