About the Role:
We're a growing dental marketing agency based between the UK/UAE working with cosmetic and general dental practices across the UK. We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator or Dental Patient Coordinator to join us in a remote, part-time capacity.
Your job is simple: call inbound leads who have expressed interest in cosmetic dental treatments (such as Invisalign/Composite Bonding etc), qualify them, and book them in for consultations.
This is NOT cold calling. Every lead is warm and has already shown interest.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to and calling new inbound leads throughout the day (around 3–5 per day to begin with)
- Conducting short qualification calls to assess suitability for treatment
- 30–60 mins of admin/follow-up calls Monday–Friday between 5:30-6:00pm
- Keeping accurate records of lead status
You Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in dental admin, treatment coordination, or patient qualification
- English as your first language
- Strong phone manner and natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Availability to respond to leads promptly throughout the working day
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
