We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Direct Despatch Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading toy distributors, working with household names including Hasbro, Mattel, Spin Master, Jazwares, Funko, MGA and many more.
As our Direct Despatch business continues to grow, we're onboarding more major retailers than ever before. This role will play a key part in ensuring those customers are successfully integrated, products are launched efficiently, and orders continue to flow smoothly.

About ABGee
ABGee is one of the UK's largest independent toy and gift distributors, supplying everyone from independent toy shops through to many of the UK's best-known retailers.
Our Direct Despatch division is experiencing significant growth as more retailers choose to fulfil customer orders directly from our warehouse. With several major new accounts launching over the coming months, we're expanding the team to support the next stage of our growth.
The Role
No two days are the same.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Marketing teams to ensure products are successfully launched onto retailer websites and that existing accounts continue to run smoothly.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the setup of new Direct Despatch retail accounts
- Creating and maintaining product listings across retailer systems
- Uploading product data, images and pricing
- Managing stock files and product availability
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting retailers with day-to-day queries
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues quickly
- Monitoring retailer portals and ensuring service levels are maintained
- Assisting with continuous improvements across our Direct Despatch operation
- Supporting the sales team with new product launches and retailer onboarding
- Occasional attendance at trade shows and customer events
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Proactive and able to solve problems independently
- Positive, adaptable and eager to learn
- Competent using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable learning new retailer portals and business systems
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, e-commerce, account coordination or retail operations would be an advantage, but isn't essential. Full training will be provided.
