Self-Employed | Full-Time, Ongoing Work | UK-Wide Travel
Highcraft South East is looking for an experienced Carpenter with strong multi-trade experience to work with our team on a full-time, self-employed basis.
Working across a range of domestic, commercial and hospitality projects, we’re looking for someone experienced, reliable and versatile, with high standards and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider site team.
The Role
The work will involve a varied mix of carpentry and general multi-trade works across our projects, including:
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Doors, frames, skirting and finishing works
- Bespoke joinery and installation
- Fit-out and refurbishment works
- Maintenance and remedial works
- General multi-trade tasks as required
Our projects take us across the country, so a willingness to travel UK-wide and work away when required is essential.
Requirements
- Strong, proven carpentry experience
- Good all-round multi-trade experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Full professional tool kit
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK
- Flexibility to work away when required
- Own vehicle beneficial but not essential – company vans are available
- High standard of work and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Reliable and professional approach
