Eliana Cares is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's home in Harrow, London, supporting up to 4 children with learning disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a service that has already received approval from Ofsted, with the Responsible Individual successfully approved and ready to move forward. Due to a change in management arrangements, we are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager who can carry the company's vision and establish a culture of excellence from day one.

The Responsible Individual is highly committed, passionate about the sector and readily available to support the successful candidate. However, this role requires an individual who can confidently lead the service, develop the team and stand on their own two feet.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and quality standards
- Experience supporting children with learning disabilities and/or additional needs
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive outcomes for children
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Salary & Benefits
- £55,000 per annum upon appointment
- £60,000 per annum upon welcoming the first child
- £65,000 per annum when the home reaches full occupancy
- £70,000 per annum following the home's first successful Ofsted inspection (Good or above)
- 35 days annual leave
- £200 per month fuel/transport allowance
