Ignite Financial Solutions is an award-winning mortgage and protection brokerage based in Epsom, and we are expanding our successful team.
We are looking for an experienced and driven CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker to join our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to walk into hundreds of high-quality leads, with full training, mentoring, and complete administrative support provided.

Our current brokers are consistently writing:
- 12–15 mortgages per month
- 8–10 protection policies per month
Requirements
- Full CeMAP qualification (essential)
- Minimum commute distance: Within 30 minutes of Epsom
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in person (office-based role)

- Monday to Friday
- Full-time
