Milton Keynes College are looking to appoint knowledgeable and skilled staff to work with the young people enrolled in The Key. As Course Team Leader in The Key, you will be working collaboratively within the wider college team in a fast-paced environment. As Course Team Leader you will be accountable for the outcomes of a specific course within The Key.
The Key will provide a discrete, low arousal environment that will remove barriers to learning and provide opportunities to gain success. Students will benefit from your invaluable support from a range of specialist staff and gain the skills and knowledge they need to support progression.

THE Key
