Duties
- Deliver high-quality hairdressing services, including colouring, cutting, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Provide expert advice and thorough client consultations on hairstyles, colour choices, and hair care routines tailored to individual client needs.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior stylist or in a comparable senior role within a busy salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build great relationships with clients and team members alike.
- Well presented and organised team member, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage your own column efficiently and effectively.

Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing
