KAI SOCIAL is a brand-new coffee, matcha and açaí concept opening in Belfast. We’re creating more than just a coffee shop, we’re building a community centered around quality products, great service and good vibes.
We’re looking for energetic, friendly people who genuinely enjoy talking to customers and want to be part of something from the very beginning.
No two days will be the same, and every team member will help shape the customer experience as we launch.
Your Role
You’ll be involved in all areas of the business, including:
* Preparing coffee and espresso-based drinks
* Making matcha, smoothies and refreshers
* Preparing açaí bowls, overnight oats and toasties
* Serving customers in-store and at the drive-thru
* Using the till and processing orders
* Packing Click & Collect orders
* Keeping the store clean, organised and stocked
* Opening and closing duties
* Delivering exceptional customer service every day

Previous café, hospitality or barista experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.

Hours
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, with weekday and weekend shifts.
