This is a face-to-face customer sales role where you'll represent well-known brands, speak directly with customers, and help them find products and services that suit their needs.
Whether you have previous sales experience or you're looking to start a new career, full product training and ongoing support are provided from day one.
The Role
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the brands you represent, engaging with customers in person, answering questions, and providing personalised recommendations. Every conversation is an opportunity to create a positive customer experience while working towards individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with customers through face-to-face sales campaigns.
- Introduce products and services in a friendly, informative, and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the first conversation through to completion.
- Build positive customer relationships that create trust and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success.
- Continue developing your product knowledge and customer communication skills.
