LANDSCAPING SITE SUPERVISOR
- 45 HRS PW
- Rate £18ph
- MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE
- MUST HAVE CSCS CARD
- MUST BE PREPARED TO WORK IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS
- 20 days holiday + statutory holiday
- mandatory Christmas closedown
- use of van during work hours AND TO TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE WORKPLACE
Duties to include:
The Gang:
- Heading up a gang (you + 2 landscapers)
- perform all pre and post work checks (eg vehicle, tool checks)
- Ensure gang is following all H&S practices and other protocols
The Site:
- Carry out landscaping and site audits using the drawings provided by our head office
- Liaise with site management to ensure all requirements are met
- log and report all site activity and plan future visits
- Communicate regularly and effectively with head office
The Basics:
- Sites must be left tidy
- All equipment and materials to be accounted for
Technical:
- proficiency in using hand and power tools
- reasonable mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment
- ability to perform adhoc maintenance on equipment
This would suit someone with a confident and "can do" attitude - you will need to build strong relationships with our clients on site, whilst maintaining a disciplined and reliable team.

Work Location: ANYTHING UP TO 1 HOUR TRAVEL FROM WS7
Yard Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire
Your day starts and ends at the yard, unless discussed .
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45.0 per week
