We are a friendly, family ran Nursing home, seeking a night nurse to join our team.
The following is a brief guide to expectations:
A knowledge of long-term conditions associated with ageing, managing complex multiple morbidities and frailty.
Have the ability to maintain a person and relationship-centred approach to care, recognising that the nursing home is that person’s home as well as the place where care is delivered.
You should possess the ability to liaise with other health and social care professionals. It is also vital to build good relationships with staff, residents, family members and others.
Leadership qualities are essential as during your shift you will be responsible for overseeing the general facilities and managing the staff.
We are able to sponsor, however, nursing home experience in the UK is essential.
Skills/Qualifications:
- RGN registration with NMC
- Experience recording accurate person centred records
- Supportive and Motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Computer Literate
- UK nursing home experience expected
