We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our small, friendly team. This is a hands-on role that involves supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, preparing orders, managing stock, and helping ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As part of a small team, we are looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and willing to get involved wherever needed.
The person in this role needs to be adaptable, conscientious, and above all take pride in their work. The role is offered on a zero hour contract as hours may vary depending on customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
- Maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory checks
- Preparing shipments for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries when required
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Supporting other team members and helping in different areas when needed
