Create and deliver business readiness plans, ensuring the organisation is prepared to adopt new ways of working.
Lead communications planning and stakeholder engagement activities, delivering clear, consistent messaging across programmes.
Design and oversee training strategies, coordinating the development and delivery of learning materials and business readiness activities.
Establish and lead Change Champion networks, workshops and engagement sessions to support adoption and embed change.
Define success measures, monitor adoption and benefits realisation, and support post-go-live stabilisation and continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor Business Change colleagues while championing best practice across the Business Analysis and Change Practice.
