Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. FLT Operative
The Role
- Use the FLT to load and unload deliveries.
- Assist with internal & external deliveries & collections.
- Apply tagging system onto equipment when items return to depot
- Maintain cables – sort, number, clean and repair.
- Continuous compliance and health and safety checks.
- Supporting colleagues with the workload.
- Accurate recording keeping using the company’s bespoke system.
- Hours: Afternoons 2pm till 10pm (15% shift allowance), Nights 10pm till 6am (30% shift allowance).
The Person
- Workshop or logistics experience required.
- FLT experience.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety.
- Good housekeeping.
- Be able to understand risk assessments.
- Any experience in a Yard position is attractive.
