Internal Sales Representative – Electrical Installation Supplies

About the Role
As a key member of our internal sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—supporting them with expert advice, fast responses, and the right products to keep their projects moving. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for reliability, knowledge, and outstanding customer care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries and processing orders via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Developing a strong understanding of our extensive electrical product range.
- Providing knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Building long-lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.
- Negotiating and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Preparing accurate quotes and invoices with attention to detail.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
- Checking deliveries and managing stock.

- Available Monday–Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings.
