Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and cooking of all brunch menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage food production processes, including ingredient prep, plating, and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes.
- Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and smooth overall service flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for ingredients as needed, and minimize waste through effective stock management.
- Foster a positive kitchen environment by demonstrating leadership, encouraging creativity, and promoting hospitality excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting, particularly in breakfast or brunch service.
