Helpdesk and Technical Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Helpdesk and Technical Compliance Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team supporting a prestigious corporate client.
This is a varied role that combines Helpdesk operations with technical compliance coordination, ensuring facilities requests are managed efficiently while supporting statutory compliance administration and document control.
As a Helpdesk and Technical Compliance Coordinator you'll:

Manage and triage Helpdesk requests via CAFM, email, phone and in person.

Log, allocate and monitor service tickets to meet SLA and KPI targets.

Maintain accurate CAFM records and support operational reporting.

Manage the shared Helpdesk inbox and provide excellent customer service.

Liaise with contractors and internal teams to coordinate works and updates.

Support workplace requests including lockers, signage and general facilities queries.

Maintain compliance registers, track inspection and renewal dates, and issue reminders.

Organise compliance documentation, audit evidence and SharePoint records.

Monitor outstanding actions and escalate risks, delays and overdue items where required.

Produce monthly compliance reports and support continuous service improvement.
What we're looking for:
-
Experience in a Helpdesk, Facilities Management, Workplace, Customer Service or FM Administration role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
High attention to detail and strong administrative ability.

Experience using CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
-
Confident coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate documentation.

A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.

Desirable
-
Knowledge of FM statutory compliance such as fire safety, electrical safety, L8, LOLER or F-Gas.

Experience supporting audits and compliance documentation.
-
IOSH Managing Safely, IWFM/BIFM qualification or willingness to work towards these.
