Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards, storage procedures, and allergen controls
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to minimise waste and optimise costs
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and service standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Supervising experience or previous leadership roles within a kitchen team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
