Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a proactive approach to building relationships. Previous experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and driving is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms for both the company and customers
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Assist customers via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently using organisational tools
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective time management and organisational skills
- Drive company vehicles when required for client visits or promotional events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate confidently whilst maintaining professional relationships
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Valid driving licence is desirable for client visits or promotional activities
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
