What You’ll Do
- Deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with BrewDog’s legendary beers.
- Own your section and keep standards sharp during busy services.
- Support smooth kitchen operations, from prep to pass.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to create an unforgettable guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
- A passion for quality — you care about presentation, consistency, and flavour.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
