The Role
- Lead and develop a high-performing Service & Parts team
- Drive labour sales, parts performance, and overall profitability
- Improve efficiency, processes, and customer experience
- Identify and deliver new revenue opportunities
- Ensure manufacturer standards and operational excellence

About You
- Proven Aftersales / Service Manager experience (motor trade essential)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercially driven with a focus on results
- Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement
- Full UK driving licence
