Your Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in improving the lives of the people you support by promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
- Building positive relationships through companionship and emotional support
- Following person-centred care plans and promoting a safe, caring environment
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns appropriately
What We're Looking For
To join our team, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months' UK care experience
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Reliability and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
- To be aged 18 or over
- The legal right to work in the UK
