We are a small day nursery providing quality care for children aged between 0 - 4 years. We are open all year round and are looking for Qualified Early Years Educators / Practitioners to join us.
Staff members are loyal and very committed, free uniform, pensions, nights/meals out, Christmas parties, Continuing Professional Development training in your Early Years interests, and all statutory training.
- Promote the use of informed observation and other strategies to monitor children’s activity, development and progress, systematically and carefully and to use this information to inform, plan and improve practice and provision.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Promote children’s rights, equality, inclusion and anti-discriminatory practice in all aspects of the setting.
- Establish and maintain a safe environment and employ practices that promote children’s health, safety and physical, mental and emotional well-being.
- To have self-awareness and ensure all colleagues, students and volunteers are aware of the safeguarding policies and procedures of the setting at all times.
- Support a positive and proactive culture to ensure children’s individual’s needs are met within the setting
- To ensure that all colleagues establish fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with children, communicating sensitively and effectively with children from birth to the end of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Willingness to learn to new skills, undertake training to develop further in practice and professionalism.
