✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
- Undertake basic low level incident investigations within the work place and promptly escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures
- Support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
- Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
- Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
- Track dispersion of own team and understand the deviations with employees during informal performance reviews
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous First Line Manager Experience is essential
- Experience of completing daily Shift SLA's & KPI's
- Strong Leadership experience
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
