HLTA within school

Fixed Term Contract for one year
Grade 6 – 30 hours per week
Required for September 2026
We are looking to appoint an HLTA to join our enthusiastic team. This post might suit a newly qualified teacher beginning their journey in education before taking on a full time class teacher post.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working within school;
- Provide PPA for teachers (including ECT, management and intervention time);
- Have the capacity to inspire and enthuse learners;
- Have enthusiasm, commitment and motivation;
- Show commitment to raising standards within an exciting and stimulating environment.
Candidates must hold an HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
